Because we operate as a wholesale supplier, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed.

To help ensure you receive exactly what you need, we kindly ask that you review the following before submitting your order:

• Product details: Confirm the size, color, and style of each item.
• Quantities: Make sure the quantity for each item is correct.
• Artwork & customization: For decorated items, please carefully review all artwork and embellishment instructions before ordering. Once artwork has been approved, we are unable to be responsible for decoration costs on defective or misprinted goods.
