Have an Issue with an Existing Order?
Please submit your issue to our customer service department.
Want to change or cancel your order once it has been placed?
Our first priority is to ensure that your items ship out as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse
for processing. Therefore, we are unable to modify or cancel any order
once it has been submitted. However, If you wish to return all or part of
your order after it arrives, you may do so by referring to our returns policy.
Also, we are not able to add more items to a current order.
You will simply need to place a new order for these additional items.
